Some of Up North’s most popular pizzas are the Drunken Rooster (pheasant sausage, whiskey glazed apples, pistachios and béchamel sauce), Gnarly Charlie (pepperoni, diced pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno pesto and tomato sauce) and Saucy Hen (smoked chicken, bacon, red onion and barbecue sauce).
