Dr. Erin Peterson is an author, educator and mental health advocate. Peterson just released her first book, "When the Going Gets Tough", and is excited to share it with the world! In this book, children from diverse backgrounds share strategies they have learned to manage emotions such as sadness, stress, anxiety, frustration and more. Each child shares their personal plan of action for feeling better!
